Community Clinic offers dental services at two convenient locations:

Rogers (adult) and Springdale (pediatric).

Services:

Oral exams, screenings, and hygiene education
Fluoride Treatment
Restorative services and extractions
Referrals for oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, and other dental services as needed

Community Clinic offers a discount for services to our uninsured patients. That discount is determined by income and household size.

To determine what discount you are eligible for, please bring Proof of Income (POI) to your first appointment.
