Many patients come to Lifelong Medical Care uninsured and are unaware that they are eligible for low- to no-cost medical, vision and dental coverage programs. Programs like: Family PACT, CARE, AIM, CMSP and/or insurances such as Medi-cal, Medicare, Senior HMO's, Healthy Families, Healthy Kids, and Group Care. In order to ensure health services coverage for as many patients as possible and assist people in knowing about these and other programs, the Member Services Department was developed. Member Services Department started seven years ago for Lifelong Medical Care. Each year, Member Services has grown not only in staff, but also in knowledge and in understanding of all the constant changes in health care.

Across the United States, free and low-cost dental clinics play a vital role in making oral healthcare reachable for everyone. Supported by government funding, non-profit organisations, and charitable contributions, these clinics deliver essential dental treatment to those who need it most — including uninsured individuals, low-income families, children, seniors, and people receiving government assistance.
