About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Services: Comprehensive dental service

At this clinic they offer a sliding fee discount for the uninsured, based on your family size and finances. To qualify you will need a pay stub, an unemployment check stub, a recent tax return, or a letter from your employer to prove your family income to qualify.
They also accepts insurances such as; Medi-Cal, Medicare, most private insurance, most HMOs, senior and commercial plans, and self-pay, and they have Medi-Cal outreach workers and representatives from Healthy Families at our Health Centers that will assist patients with enrollment in these programs.

Monday - Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. - WALK-INS 2nd & 4th SATURDAY of each month 8:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M.
