For the uninsured, this facility offers a sliding fee discount, based on your family size and finances. Bring a pay stub, an unemployment check stub, a recent tax return, or a letter from your employer to prove your family income to qualify.
They also accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal, most private insurance, most HMOs, senior and commercial plans, and self-pay. There are Medi-Cal outreach workers and representatives from Healthy Families at our Health Centers that will assist patients with enrollment in these programs.
