This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD) offers comprehensive dental care services, including fillings, crowns, periodontics and X-rays, for children and adults at seven locations in the San Diego metropolitan area

FHCSD clinics operate on a sliding fee scale, which means the cost of services rendered is based upon income and family size.

Hours:

Closed for lunch 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.


What To Bring To Your Appointment
Please bring the following information to every patient visit at an FHCSD clinic:
Your insurance card (if you have one)
    The medication bottles of your current medications (including vitamins, herbs and dietary supplements)
    Your child's immunization card (for pediatric visits)
FHCSD accepts a broad range of payment and insurance plans. In addition, many of our patients qualify for free or low-cost health care services based upon their income and family size.
