MCHC has a limited amount of funding to offer dental services through referrals for patients with pain, infection, bleeding, or trauma. Currently we cover initial exams, cleanings, scalings, dental sealants, repair of cavities, and extractions. We can pay for some dentures/partials as a part of the overall treatment plan should funding allow. We do NOT cover root canals, crowns, and other major restorative work like implants.

Across the United States, free and low-cost dental clinics play a vital role in making oral healthcare reachable for everyone. Supported by government funding, non-profit organisations, and charitable contributions, these clinics deliver essential dental treatment to those who need it most — including uninsured individuals, low-income families, children, seniors, and people receiving government assistance.
