FHCHC is a federally-qualified health center (FQHC) and provides care regardless of your ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale for patients that are not eligible for health insurance. Staff is available to discuss payment options if you cannot afford your care.

Fair Haven Community Health Center’s dental professionals are happy to offer a full range of preventative and restorative care to children and families. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, all dental services are available to residents, regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
We accept Medicaid and private insurance, as well as a sliding-fee scale for uninsured patients.
If your child is seen on the mobile dental unit at one of our school-based health centers, they are encouraged to receive their regular dental care from FHCHC as well!
