This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
A full service dental office is in operation in our Willimantic facility. Our friendly, compassionate staff will provide for your dental needs. Should more extensive dental care be necessary, our case management department will help you with the appropriate referrals. In addition to our sliding fee scale, payment plans are available as well as HUSKY coverage if you are eligible.
The mobile dental van will be coming soon to a town near you! You will find us at schools, day care centers, Head Starts, community centers and libraries which feature our Read While You Wait Program.
