The clinic serves uninsured Flagler County residents in need. Need is established by income. We do not see patients with Medicare or Medicaid, with some exceptions made for people with Share of Cost Medicaid.
Our clinic offers primary care, women’s care, orthopedics, eye care, diabetes management, treatment for sleep disorders, acupuncture, mental health services in partnership with Stewart-Marchman-Act Behaviorial Health Services, and dental services. Dental patients are seen on Fridays and there is a waiting list for appointments. Please note that we are not a pain clinic and we do not prescribe controlled substances.

Across the United States, free and low-cost dental clinics play a vital role in making oral healthcare reachable for everyone. Supported by government funding, non-profit organisations, and charitable contributions, these clinics deliver essential dental treatment to those who need it most — including uninsured individuals, low-income families, children, seniors, and people receiving government assistance.
