Dade City Dental Center has a Discount Fee Program for uninsured. To be eligible for the Discount Fee Program, consumers must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Proof of income must be presented to qualify.
They will also help you apply for health insurance through the Health Insurance Marketplace if you are uninsured.
Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances accepted.
