About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Clinical preventative and restorative dental services for children between 2-20 years old. Dental services include examinations, cleanings, tooth sealants, fillings, fluoride treatments and simple extractions. Emergency dental care for any child is available during the normal weekday schedule.
Hours: Tue and Thu from 8am - 5pm; Closed for Lunch 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Must be 2-20 years old and meet economic eligibility criteria.
Fees:
Sliding fee scale based on income. Also accept Medicaid,Florida Healthy Kids, SFCCN, CMS and Medicaid HMO's.
