This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Comprehensive health services are delivered by a qualified, credentialed professional team: internists, obstetricians, family practice, pediatricians, dentists, pharmacists and nurse practitioners. A large complement of ancillary staff include: lab, x-ray, nursing, patient care and business service staff. Multi-cultural, multi-racial and culturally competent staff provide education, outreach and comprehensive health care services in a variety of languages.
Specialty services not immediately available by the staff above are leveraged through a strong referral network. Extended hours conform to meet the needs of our communities with 24 hour on-call service to ensure maximum coverage. On-call and backup arrangements are coordinated with local private providers and hospitals.
