About This Clinic

Dental services for children birth to 18 years old.

The Buenaventura Lakes Community Health Clinic was created as a community partnership with the Osceola County Board of Commissioners to provide health services to clients in our community who are not established with a primary care medical home.
Eligibility/Financial Requirements:

We offer exceptional, comprehensive healthcare at a reduced cost or at no cost to uninsured or underinsured residents of Osceola County, who wish to obtain services at the Health Department.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Accepts Medicaid
