Program provides diagnostic, restorative, preventive and educational dental services. Services including: exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride, treatments, extractions, fillings, dentures/crowns, and emergency treatment.
Documents required: Call for information. Must complete eligibility screening first. OR walk-in to the MAIN OCALA OFFICE to apply.
