The BHA Cocoa Clinic may offer reduced fees or provide additional referral services.

Brevard Health Alliance (BHA) works with a network of community partners to enable Brevard county citizens to access expanded primary health care, dental care, mental health, health care education and preventive health services.

As Brevard County's only federally qualified health center, BHA offers primary health care serices to citizens regardless of their ability to pay for those services. BHA also provides access to medications at reduced prices or free for its patients.

Brevard Health Alliance operates six fixed-site clinics in the cities of Cocoa, Palm Bay , Melbourne, Rockledge, and Titusville. BHA also operates a mobile health unit that provides on-site primary care to transitional housing facilities, homeless shelters, and soup kitchens throughout Brevard County.

Patient Registration- Tuesday and Thursday (8:30am-11:30am & 1pm-4:30pm) and Friday (8:30am-11:30am). Walk-in service, first come-first served. Important: Registration process required before medical appointment is scheduled.
