About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Bond provides comprehensive dental care for children through age 18
including exams, cleanings, x-rays, and fillings. They also provide dental
care for expectant mothers and diabetic patients of the clinic. Urgent
care dental services are available to adults in the community.

If you have insurance you may be required to make a co-payment and you
will be asked to pay that amount at the time of your visit.
If you do not have medical coverage an Eligibility Specialist can help you
determine your eligibility for the sliding fee scale which is available
based on income and family size. A social worker is also available to
help identify various programs offered by the state. They will provide
services for you regardless of your ability to pay.
