This establishment is also known as "The Molar Express," the Leon County Health Department Center for Dental Care and Prevention provides dental services to Medicaid-eligible Leon County residents ages 5 through 20. It was built in 2005, and their train-themed facility was designed to provide quality dental care in a child-friendly atmosphere.
Services Include: Diagnostic: Examinations, digital x-rays, biopsies, Preventative: Prophylaxis (cleanings), fluoride treatments, sealants, Surgical: Extractions and emergency treatment, Restorative: Composite and amalgam restorations, stainless steel crowns, Education: Presentations for schools, community groups, and health fairs.
