The C. L. Brumback Primary Care Clinics provide preventive dental services to adults and children at four sites throughout Palm Beach County from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday. Costs for dental services are based on a patient’s family size and income. All patients will be served, regardless of their ability to pay. Patients can call 561-642-1000 to make an appointment for dental care, including checkups, cleanings, fillings and extractions
