West Albany Dental & Medical Center provides all types of health care for both adults and children, also offer dental services.

They offer Sliding Fee Program assistance to low-income and uninsured patients. It matches the cost of your care with your ability to pay, based on income and household size.

Sliding fee patients may also receive discounts on prescription drugs through our pharmacy benefit programs.
In order to make application the patient must provide one month of proof of income for all household members. The amount of the patients co pay will be based on the household income.

Their services include primary care specialties of internal medicine, family medicine, and pediatrics.

Obstetrical and Gynecological services are offered at their Mirian Worthy Women’s Health Center.

Dental services are provided at their West Albany Dental & Medical Center.
