Meridian Education Resource Group, Inc DBA Whitefoord Community Program offers School based clinics that provide full medical, mental and dental services to students and their siblings from birth through 18 years of age and limited mental and dental services to adults in the area.
Services are provided at the Whitefoord Elementary School Clinic and the Coan Middle School Clinic.
