About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Provides preventative and restorative dental treatment for low-income individuals. Dental services provided are exams, x-rays, cleanings, fluoride treatments, and fillings. Extractions are done at the discretion of dentists depending on the difficulty of the procedure. Basic dentistry only - no dentures, bridges, or braces.


Documents needed: Proof of income, proof of residency, and immunization records.
Fees: Accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance. Low income patients who are not covered by insurance are charged on a sliding scale fee according to their family size and income.
