About This Clinic

Hours: Mondays through Fridays 8:30am to 4:30pm.
The Chicago Dental Society Foundation Clinic is a free clinic providing dental services to low income and uninsured residents who are without access to dental services.   
We have a dedicated staff that is augmented by volunteer dental professionals.    Our hope is that every patient in need will have access to primary dental care.
