About This Clinic

Dental services for uninsured residents of Noble and DeKalb Counties. St. Martin's Dental Program was established to provide limited dental care for DeKalb County residents 18 and older who are without dental coverage and meet income guidelines.
Dental services include:
X-Rays
Simple Extractions
Fillings
Dental Hygiene
Dental Services Not Provided:
    Work injuries, motor vehicle accidents, crown and bridge work, implants, orthodontics(braces), root canals, partials or dentures.
   
Patients with dental insurance and Medicaid are not eligible. Some patients with Medicare or VA benefits may be eligible for care.
       
      All dental visits are by appointment only. If you are having pain, swelling, or drainage and do not have medical insurance, you can be seen at our walk-in medical clinic first for appropriate antibiotics. Please call the clinic.
