To be eligible to place your name on the waiting list to become a patient at the Mission Lexington Dental Clinic at 230 South Martin Luther King Blvd., you must:
1.Be over 18 years of age,
2.Live in Lexington, KY
3.Have no dental insurance,
4.Have an annual household income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level Guidelines, and
5.Be willing to wait a couple of months for your first appointment, and make sure you keep in contact with us if your telephone number changes while you are on the waitlist.

Please note: The Dental Clinic cannot provide dentures if they did not extract your teeth.
