This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Provides dental services to the uninsured and the underinsured. Through this cooperative effort, local dentists provide services at reduced fees (10 percent to 25 percent less). Patients are interviewed for eligibility via application. The Dental Access Program will give eligible patients a choice of two or three participating dentists for treatment. Eligible patients are given a fee reduction card that is valid for one year.

well as to residents under age 21 with Medical Assistance or in the
Maryland Healthy Smiles Program.
