In the primary care program, CCI serves more than 10,000 children and adults who are economically disadvantaged, homeless, disabled, with state medical assistance coverage or uninsured. The state of Maryland Women, Infants and Children (WIC)nutrition education and food supplement program enrolls more than 30,000 pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under the age of five. Over half the pregnant women in Montgomery County receive WIC services. Together, the programs serve more than 45,000 people in need who count on CCI for medical and health-related care.
