About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

If you do not have dental insurance or your insurance only provides partial coverage, they offer a sliding scale based on your income.
Dental services at Community Health Center of Cape Cod include:

  •     Annual exams
  •     Cleanings
  •     X-rays
  •     Fillings
  •     Extractions
  •     Restorative procedures, such as fillings, crowns and dentures
  •     Limited root canal services

They have also developed special programs to meet the unique needs of the community. These include:
Sealants: They place a special emphasis on children's oral health. They offer sealant applications, which are a simple and highly effective treatment to prevent tooth decay in children.
Wheelchair-accessible service: Their wheelchair-accessible operatory includes a wheelchair tilting device that allows patients to receive treatment in their wheelchairs rather than transferring to a dental chair. Staff are specially trained to care for those with physical or mental challenges.
Mobile dental service: Their mobile services brings a range of dental and support services to the senior centers where they are urgently needed. It provides not only hygiene services, exams, and X-rays, but information to connect individuals with their medical home or other insurance, social, housing, or employment
