Experienced staff will work with you to confidentially determine the best health plan for which you are qualified. If you do not meet eligibility standards for any reason, a sliding fee schedule is available.
Private Insurance, MassHealth, Medicaid, and Self Pay (Sliding Fee Scale) are accepted for all services.
Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
(NOTE: On the second and fourth Friday of each month, the department opens at 9:00 a.m.)
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
