Provides preventive and restorative dental services to low-income/Medicaid eligible youth and adults, including routine cleaning, fillings, extractions, root canals, dentures, partials, bridges, crowns and other dental work.
Fees: Sliding fee schedule available for those without dental insurance, based on household income
Payment Method: Accepts Medicaid, Healthy Kids, MIChild, My Dental Plan (MyDP) and private pay
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm; Friday 7am-2pm
