Eligibility requirements include:
- Income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (225% FPL for limited services)
- 18-65 years of age
- Current Genesee County resident
- Must have a social security number
- Must not have any form of health insurance
The Free Clinic does not accept walk-ins. Patients are seen by appointment only.
Clinic appointment times:
Tuesday: 1:00-2:30 p.m., 5:00-6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 1:00-2:30 p.m.
Services: Dental, Vision, RX, Medical, Hearing.
