This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
We provide free urgent dental care to low income, uninsured adult individuals.
The Barry Community Free Clinic serves uninsured adults (ages 18 and older) who have an income of less than twice the poverty guidelines as defined by the most recent federal data available from HHS (http://aspe.hhs.gov/poverty/11fedreg.shtml). Services include medical evaluations and treatment, dental evaluation and treatment, limited on-site labwork, referrals to participating local specialists and labs, pharmaceutical assistance plans, medical supplies (as available), and referrals to local social services.
Dental services include exams, extractions, crowns, cleanings, x-rays, denture, fillings and more. Emergency walk-in dental services are available for non-patients.
Barry Community Health Center – Dental is welcoming new patients, all ages and most insurances including Medicaid, Healthy Michigan, uninsured and other insurances. A reduced sliding fee payment scale is available for all services for those without insurance.
