Care Free Dental provides both routine hygiene care (cleanings and x-rays) and dental treatment for the underserved or uninsured in our community at reduced fees. With more than 40,000 people in greater Lansing who cannot afford regular oral health care, dental issues become extreme and often require a patient to visit local emergency rooms ¦where medical staff can only prescribe pain medicine and antibiotics, not treat the root of the problem. Care Free Dental attempts to prevent these expensive ER visits by offering low-cost preventative hygiene care and other treatment through a compassionate group of volunteer dentists.

While we can schedule hygiene visits in just a few weeks, our waiting list for more extensive dental care (such as fillings, extractions, dentures, etc.) is very long. Please call to discuss your situation and what type of appointment may be right for you.
