About This Clinic

Provides oral exams/cleaning, fillings, teeth removal, teeth replacement emergency treatment and fluoride treatment.
Eligibility: Adults age 21 and older on Medicaid, children on Medicaid, Delta Dental Healthy Kids and MI Child. Uninsured individuals whose income is at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level will be served at a reduced rate.
Application process: Register as a patient by calling the Contact Center at 877-313-6232 or visit the website at www.midental.org.
