Policy: Payments are due in full on the day of service. Costs incurred during treatment are the responsibility of the patient. Patients with dental insurance will have an estimated co-pay.

Payment: We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Patients without insurance are given a 5% discount if paid with cash or check.
Senior citizen’s (age 55 or older) without insurance receive a 10% discount on all services regardless of the method of payment.
Appointments: To avoid a missed appointment charge, please provide us with a 24 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling.
