The Sliding Fee Scale is a discount program for self-pay patients at
Community Dental Care based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines for family
income and size.
Monday: 8:15am to 7:00pm
Tuesday: 8:15am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:15am to 7:00pm
Thursday: 8:15am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:15am to 1:00pm
Saturday: 8:15am to 1:00pm
