Provides access to life-changing, essential orthodontic treatment for qualified children from low-income families. Children ages 10-18 with a moderate to severe crooked teeth or jaws, good oral hygiene, no more than 4 baby teeth and not already wearing braces.
Hours:
Limited phone hours Tuesday-Friday / 1-3 pm Central Time; voicemail messages left outside of the designated phone hours will not be returned; email is the best and fastest way to reach agency
Fees:
$30 application fee and $650 program fee if approved for treatment through SCL.
