About This Clinic

Sees patients in Lebanon, Marshfield, Springfield, Republic, Forsyth and Hollister for the convenience of our patients. Children and adults come to Jordan Valley for exams, cleanings, extractions, root canal therapy, crowns, partials, urgent dental needs, such as tooth pain and more. Jordan Valley offers a mobile dental unit program for school-aged kids that serves much of Southwest Missouri but also provides comprehensive dental care to special needs and nursing home patients.


Has a sliding scale available to those who qualify.
    Proof of income includes all persons living in the household.
    Any household members determined to potentially qualify for Medicaid coverage are strongly encouraged to apply for Medicaid. Our staff is available to assist you with this process.
    If the necessary paperwork is not provided, the appointment can either be rescheduled or standard charges will apply
