About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

The LFMC dental team provides services such as examinations of teeth and gums, placement of fillings, dentures, oral surgery, root canal treatment and, if necessary, extractions.

Dental hygienists provide cleaning, application of sealants, and patient education.

 They also perform screenings and oral exams for school children, in conjunction with community education and outreach.

Insurance:

    LFMC accepts all insurance including Medicare and Medicaid.
    LFMC Dental Clinic accepts most insurance.

Patients Without Insurance:

In order to serve you better, first time patients please plan on meeting with a Patient Service Representative one hour before your scheduled appointment time.
