The PrimaryOne Health accepts a variety of insurance plans that includes Medicaid, CareSource, Molina, Aetna, Anthem, Medical Mutual, Doral Dental and Aultra Dental. For uninsured patients, they offer a sliding fee scale, where fees are assessed based on family size and monthly household income.
