About This Clinic

Hours: Tuesday and Wednesday from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Thursday from 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Patient Eligibility: Butler County residents between 19 and 64 years old who earn incomes of 200 percent below the federal poverty level -- for instance, an annual income of $21,660 for an individual or $44,100 for a family of four.

Fees: The clinic provides free services for patients who qualify.

Area Served: Butler County

Dental services are only available to those individuals qualifying for the clinic's primary free medical services. 

Dental services are limited in scope. At this time we DO NOT offer dental services to individuals with medical insurance benefits; however, as of June 2016, we are offering free dental services to Butler County Veterans between the ages of 19-64 who meet eligibility criteria.
