About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Hours: Four days per week, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., phone registration is required.
Services: Routine exams/checkups, X-rays, cleanings, sealants, minor extractions, fillings, denture adjustments and fittings
Patient Eligibility: People without dental insurance or those who have insurance through the Keystone Mercy health plan or the state's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) are eligible.
Fees: Fees are based on a sliding fee scale, incorporating individual income and household size.
