Dental services include: exams, extractions, cleaning, restoration (fillings).
All persons are eligible, regardless of insurance. Screening process: Call to schedule an appointment. Complete paperwork upon arrival. Discounted fee computed on income and family size. A minimum fee payment is required of all patients. Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance accepted.

Monday 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Tuesday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
