This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

CentroMed offers dental care services to children and families. Services include complete dental exams (X-rays and oral exams), as well as preventative care (cleaning and sealants). CentroMed staff can also provide a wide range of treatment options including fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, bridges, dentures, and partials..

A variety of payment options to include application assistance to various discount programs. Eligibility Specialist as well as Expanded Primary Health Care Promotoras are available to assist patient without insurance. Patients are encouraged to bring 30 days proof of income and the list of family’s members in their household to determine the programs they may qualify for. Also accepts other insurance and discount plans, including Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and CareLink.
