About This Clinic

If you are uninsured and wish to apply for discounted health care services you must make an appointment with AccessHealth’s Registration & Eligibility Department and bring the necessary documentation. If you have a form of insurance, you will pay your normal co-pay. If you do not have insurance, your family size and income will be used to determine if you qualify for discounted fees. Co-pays vary for both medical care and dental care. If you have no insurance and you do not qualify for discounted health care services, you may register as a full-fee patient and will be responsible for 100% of your bill.
AccessHealth’s team of Board Certified Dental Providers that care for children and adults. Our dental Providers work jointly with patients assuring that their basic dental care and emergency based needs are satisfied.
HOURS: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
