The Health Center offers a discounted fee for uninsured patients based on their income and number of dependents. All uninsured patients are requested to bring with them their most recent IRS tax return and paystubs covering the last 30 days to their next appointment. Patients are requested to come to their appointment at least 30 minutes early to work with our Front Desk staff to process this new federal requirement.

Thursday and Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
