Offers up to a 25% discount to seniors 65 and older or Alzheimer's patients. During a telephone contact, ALTCEW determines eligibility and then provides these income eligible seniors with a selection of participating dentists. ALCEW also provides a referral number to callers under the age of 65 and are receiving disability benefits.
