Family Medical Care offers patients a sliding fee discount program
that includes discounted services regardless of any patient’s ability to pay.
The program is based upon Federal guidelines and takes into
account all persons living in the household and household income. For
information or an appointment, please contact a Health Benefits staff at
one of their FMC locations.
Uninsured patients must meet with the Health Benefits Coordinator before their first appointment.
