North Country HealthCare accepts private insurance, AHCCCS, Medicare and offers a sliding fee scale for financially eligible persons. They also accept most major credit cards for payment. Private health insurance, AHCCCS, KidsCare Program, Medicare, Sliding fee scale payment arrangements.
All sliding fee scale patients are required to supply income verification for the last 30 days (a recent paycheck stub or, if self employed, a copy of last year's tax return), identification, proof of residency (a utility bill), dependent information and a current AHCCCS denial letter based on your current income.
