Eligibility:
Limited Comprehensive treatment for children and young adults up to the age of 20 with Medicaid coverage.
Adult emergency care, extractions only, with Medicaid coverage.
Limited, cash paying emergency services, as scheduling permits.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception of holidays. Our office will close daily from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM for lunch.
