We offer dental services to Medicaid patients ages 3-20 years old are available at the Union County Health Department. The Baker County Health Department has a dental bus that offers dental service two weeks each month. Services provided include dental exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings and extractions.

Kindergarten to 12th Grade
You may contact your school nurse to see if your child is eligible. You may print the permission form and return it your child\'s school nurse. During the school year the dental bus is located at the Lake Butler Elementary School. During the summer the dental bus is at the Union County Health Department.
